GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking more than $2,000.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit June 16 against Kimalisa Kaczinski of Gretna in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an unpaid balance of $2,125.08 on a Visa account.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
