GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $3,000 on an open account.
Barclays Bank Delaware filed a suit June 16 against Byron K. Broussard in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of the defendant's MasterCard account, which has a balance of $3,050.28.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
