GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking payment for sums due on a T.J. Maxx card.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit June 19 against Duyen Nguyen of Harvey in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of sums due on a TJX account card, which has a balance of $5,621.78.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
