GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $6,000.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit June 19 against Zachary L. Winegar of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the amount of $6,029.01.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
