GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking damages for an open account.
Discover Bank filed a suit June 22 against Earl S. Gooden of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account for the balance of $1,487.55.
