NEW ORLEANS – A debt collector is seeking payment of sums due.
Midland Funding LLC filed a lawsuit June 20 against Brian Cowart in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.
According to the complaint, the defendant was issued a loan that has not been paid back. The suit states that the defendant owes the balance of $2,452.14.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel S. Julien.
