GRETNA – Capital One claims a Jefferson Parish man owes more than $3,200.
Capital One Bank filed a suit June 26 against Earl C. Cassidy in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment on an open account with a balance of $3,238.80.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
