GRETNA – An Orleans Parish woman is seeking damages following a slip and fall in a Panda King.
Andrea Freitas filed a suit June 27 against Panda King Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place July 18, 2016, at the Panda King at 925 Behrman Highway in Gretna. The suit states that the plaintiff slipped and fell on the restroom floor when she encountered a puddle.
The defendant is accused of negligence by failing to warn of the danger, failing to clean up the mess and overall negligence.
