GRETNA – A credit union is seeking more than $8,000 on an open account.
Louisiana Central Credit Union filed a suit June 30 against Herbert J. Mims in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on a promissory note.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of sums due for the balance of $8,569.89, plus accrued interest of $1,377.63.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Taetrece Harrison of Harrison Law Group LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
