NEW ORLEANS – A debt collector is seeking damages for sums due.
Cavalry SPV I LLC, as assignee of CitiBank, AT&T filed a lawsuit June 23 against Velma E. Oubre of Orleans Parish in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account for the balance of $3,000.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Edward F. Bukaty III of Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
