NEW ORLEANS – A company is seeking over $189,000.
Trane U.S. Inc. filed a lawsuit July 5 against Z Mech LLC, Fountainbleau Construction LLC and studio Network-Shreveport LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $189,911.76 for materials and equipment that the plaintiff provided.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Mark C. Landry of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
