NEW ORLEANS – American Express is seeking damages for an open account.
American Express Bank FSB filed a lawsuit July 3 against Angela Heard and Audrey Mae's Cater in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging an open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $10,726.74 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Jason Olivier of The DeGrasse Law Firm in Mandeville.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel S. Julien.
