Louisiana State University claims Orleans Parish woman owes $2,000

NEW ORLEANS – A university is seeking damages for an open account of $2,000.

Louisiana State University Board of Supervisors through Louisiana State University filed a lawsuit July 3 against Paige Charmaine Simon of Orleans Parish in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,000 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Anthony D. Winters of Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney H. Cates IV.
