GRETNA — A home loan company is suing Lisa Tuyet Nguyen and Ly V. Nguyen for alleged past-due payments.
Caliber Home Loans Inc. filed a suit in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging that the defendants owe more than $215,000 on a promissory note.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking $215,892.34 in unpaid sums, plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Rader Jackson of Jackson & McPherson LLC in New Orleans.
