GRETNA — American Express is seeking nearly $40,000 on an unpaid account.
American Express Bank FSB filed a suit March 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ryan T. Vidal and Grizzly Marine Services LLC, alleging that the defendants own it money.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a Business Gold Rewards Credit Card that was issued to the defendants. The defendants allegedly accumulated a balance of $38,976.57 and has failed to pay off the balance.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward F. Bukaty III in Metairie.
