GRETNA — A bank is seeking over $52,000 in overdue payment from Christopher Roberts and Katherine Works Roberts.
Gulf Coast Bank and Trust filed a suit on June 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging past due payments on a promissory note for the defendants' mortgage.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of sums due in the total of $52,607.76 plus interest of more than $2,000.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Wayne A. Maiorana Jr., of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.
