NEW ORLEANS — A woman is suing Western World Insurance Company, Tulane Royal Beauty LLC, 3500 Tulane LLC, XYZ Insurance Company and John Doe for alleged negligence.
Valerie Lawson filed a lawsuit July 6 against in the Orleans Parish Civil District Cour, alleging that she was injured after falling on Tulane Royal Beauty's and 3500 Tulane LLC's premises and that there was no handrail for her to catch herself.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 6, 2016, she was injured on Tulane Royal Beauty's and 3500 Tulane LLC's property when she was caused to fall after slipping on steps. There allegedly was no handrail to grab, allegedly causing further injury.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney J. Casey Cowlet LLC in New Orleans.
