NEW ORLEANS – A community college is seeking over $1,800.
Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a lawsuit against Demichael A. Wright and Semolina Development LLC, as garnishee, in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of sums due for the balance of $1,815.14. The plaintiff has reason to believe that the defendant is owed sums by the garnishee and is seeking payment.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Anthony D. Winters of Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.
