Orleans Parish resident allegedly owes over $70,000 on American Express card

NEW ORLEANS – American Express is seeking more than $70,000 from an Orleans Parish resident.

American Express Bank FSB, filed a lawsuit against Dr. Troy H. Dennis DMD, also known as Troy H. Dennis, in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging an open account.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an open account for the balance of $70,983.16 plus interest on a Business Gold Card.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Edward F. Bukaty III in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern A. Reese.
