GRETNA — A bank is suing Donna Gordy for alleged past due payments.
Capital One Bank N.A. filed a suit on July 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging that the defendant owes more than $2,000 on a credit card account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking to recover $2,932.05 in damages on the account
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
