GRETNA – A debt collector claims it is owed more than $3,000 on an Amazon account.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit against Wade Morris of Westwego in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an Amazon account for the balance of $3,068.28.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
