GRETNA — A linen service company is suing Bacchus on the Beach, Jourdan Nicaud and Chris Toomey for alleged breach of contract.
Loop Linen Service Inc. filed a suit on July 13 in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging that the plaintiff and defendants drafted a contract in which the defendants agreed to pay the plaintiff for services issued until the end of the contract.
The suit alleges that the defendants wished to cancel the contract early and that they failed to pay what was owed in the terms and agreements of the contract. The defendants are indebted to the plaintiff for the amount of $63,523.86 plus interest and attorney's fees.
