GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking more than $4,500 on an open account.
Discover Bank filed a suit against Jared Folks of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an open account for the balance of $4,540.28.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
