WW Painting and Remodeling claims customer failed to pay in full for completed work

NEW ORLEANS – A painting and remodeling company claims that it is owed $3,800.

William Walker, doing business as WW Painting and Remodeling, filed a lawsuit Karen Hirsch Wallace, individually and as independent executrix of the succession of William E. Wallace, in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff completed work at the defendant's property at 2321-2323 Napolean Ave., New Orleans. The suit states that the defendant has failed to fully pay for services and owes the plaintiff $3,800.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney George L. Gibbs of Leefe, Gibbs, Sullivan, Dupre & Aldous LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
