U.S. Bank claims mortgage holders failed to make payments on note

NEW ORLEANS – A bank is seeking damages for nearly $270,000 for an unpaid mortgage.

U.S. Bank Trust N.A. as trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust filed a lawsuit against Glen Leroy Dome and Lauren Tarantino in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due on a promissory note.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a promissory note which the defendant was issued but failed to pay off. The suit states that the defendant is still indebted for the balance of $269,318.78 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of failing to pay off the note as agreed.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Rader Jackson of Jackson & McPherson LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern A. Reese.
