GRETNA – A funding company is suing a Walmart customer, alleging an unpaid account.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit July 18 against Connie Breaux in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, Midland Funding seeks damages for the balance of $6,887.18 on a Walmart account. The suit says Breaux is accused of sums due.
Midland Funding seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
