GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking damages from Jefferson Parish resident for an open account.
Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC filed a suit July 17 against Irwin O. Castro in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due for the balance of $1,654.07.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
