GRETNA – Capital One is seeking damages, claiming a customer failed to repay a line of credit.
Capital One National Association filed a suit against Tennou Sushi Inc. and Guo Jun Feng in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on a line of credit.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued the defendant a line of credit for the balance of $11,344.80, which has not been paid back. The plaintiff is seeking payment of the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
