Credit union alleges credit card customer owes more than $10,000

GRETNA –A credit union is suing a customer, alleging an open account of more than $10,000.

Louisiana Centra Credit Union filed a suit July 21 against Clarice Butler in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, Louisiana Centra seeks payment of Butler's overdue Visa credit card account, which currently holds a balance of $10,213.66.

Louisiana Centra seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Taetrece Harrison of the Harrison Law Group LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 774152.
