GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking damages for sums due.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit against Michael Quinn of Westwego in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment for an open account on a bank card account. The suit states that the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff for the balance of $1,328.68 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
