GRETNA – A company is seeking damages for sums due.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit against Mary Becnel of Marrero in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an unpaid account with a balance of $2,111.38 on a bank card account.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
