Bank of America seeks damages from Jefferson Parish resident on an open account

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking damages for sums due on an open account.

Bank of America N.A. filed a suit against Bradley L. Cook of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $5,244.97 plus interest and costs associated with the court.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Topefer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
