New Orleans resident allegedly owes over $3,500 to medical center

NEW ORLEANS – A hospital corporation is seeking more than $3,500 from a New Orleans resident.

Foley Hospital Corp., doing business as South Baldwin Regional Medical Center, filed a lawsuit against Taylor Oertling in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of the balance of $3,815.17 plus interest for goods or services received.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney W. Simmons Sandoz of Sandoz Law Offices in Opelousas.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
