Orleans Parish woman claims Entergy Services driver struck her car, causing injuries

NEW ORLEANS – An Orleans Parish woman is seeking damages for a car accident in which she claims she was injured.

Wilanna Taylor filed a lawsuit against Entergy Services Inc. and John Domangue in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff was driving her car Oct. 15, 2016, when the incident occurred at the intersection of Cambronne Street and Willow Street. The defendant, who was driving a truck for Entergy Services, allegedly failed to stop and ensure that the road was clear for him to turn, colliding with the plaintiff and injuring her.

The defendant is accused of negligence by failing to yield, failing to keep a lookout and overall negligence.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Ryan E. Gaudet of Dudley, Debosier Injury Lawyers PLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Clare Jupiter.
