GRETNA — A company is seeking more than $40,000 in sums due.
Phoenix Alternative Energy Inc. filed a suit on May 7 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ramj Construction LLC, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $44,832.74, plus interest.
The defendant is accused of open account.
