GRETNA — A man claims that he slipped and fell in a Dollar General store.
Joshua Gray filed a suit on May 21 against Dollar General in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on May 22, 2017 when he allegedly was caused to slip and fall on a substance that was left on the floor of the store.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Malcolm B. Robinson Jr. in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
