GRETNA – Capital One NA is seeking payment of more than $25,000 allegedly owed on a business line of credit.
Capital One filed a lawsuit June 1 against Photosound Inc. and Youssef Hachem in the 24th Judicial District Court. Capital One said it is the successor to original lender Hibernia National Bank.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $25,295.52 plus interest. The suit said the defendants have failed to pay off the sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Bradley Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee Faulkner Jr.
