GRETNA – Barclays Bank Delaware claims a Visa Card customer owes more than $1,800 on an open account.
The bank filed a lawsuit June 29 against Alma Davis in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the complaint, Dalla's account has a balance of $1,870.54. The plaintiff claims that the defendant has failed to pay off the amount due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee Faulkner Jr.
