GRETNA –Silicone Specialties Inc. filed a lawsuit seeking more than $20,000 allegedly due on a credit account.
Silicone Specialties filed a lawsuit July 3 against APEX Waterproofing of Louisiana LLC and Brett Laurent in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the complaint, the defendants were negligent in paying off the $20,772.43 account balance plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Jon Ann Giblin in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
