GRETNA – A woman is seeking damages for an injury allegedly suffered in a Baymont Inn & Suites Hotel.
Cassandra Connolly filed a lawsuit July 9 against Mai TL Inc., doing business as Baymont Inn & Suites, and Wyndham Hotel Group in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging negligence.
According to the lawsuit, Connolly claims she was injured on July 8, 2017 when her foot hit a protruding part of a bed frame.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. She is represented by Eugene Redmann in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael Mentz.
