PNC looks to sell property with more than $165,000 owed

GRETNA – PNC Bank NA is seeking court approval to seize and sell a mortgaged property in order to recover more than $165,000 allegedly owed on the mortgage.

PNC Bank filed a lawsuit July 24 against Julie Gendusa and Dustin Gendusa in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the request, the Gendusas owe $165,467.19 plus interest and have failed to pay off the amount due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Rader Jackson of Jackson & McPherson LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John Molaison Jr.
