A credit union owed more than $16,000

GRETNA – Past due loan payments prompted a credit union to file a lawsuit.

Oak Point Employee Credit Union filed a complaint on Aug. 23 in the 24th Judicial District Court against David W. Catching Jr. 

According to the complaint, Catching owes more than $16,000 on a loan.

The credit union is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Roy Bowes of Roy Bowes & Associates in Gretna.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
