Bank of America alleges that a customer owes more than $21,000

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $21,000 in sums due.

Bank of America filed a complaint on Aug. 29 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Karen Dias Devillier.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $21,682.66 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason Smith of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.
