Bank of New York claims it is owed more than $192,000

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $192,000.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co. N.A. as trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust filed a complaint in the 24th Judicial District Court claiming sums due.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on executory process, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $192,375 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Rader Jackson of Jackson & McPherson LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.
