Delgado Community College says it's owed over $1,300

GRETNA – A community college is seeking over $1,300 in sums due.

Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a complaint on Oct. 16 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Haleigh Noel Dardar.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $1,326.72 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Scott Smith Jr. of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
