NEW ORLEANS – Capital One is seeking more than $137,000.
Capital One filed a complaint on Nov. 5 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Julie Lecourgne.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $137,338.12.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Bradley Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
