Nicholls State claims former student owes over $3,300

GRETNA – A university is seeking more than $3,300 in sums due.

University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors through Nicholls State University filed a complaint on Dec. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kyran Davillier.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The plaintiff is seeking damages of $3,380.46 plus interest on the balance owed. Despite amicable demand, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant is still owed the sums due.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Scott Smith Jr. of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
