Hoist Tech sues JC Rail Construction for unpaid balance and damages

In the United States District Court, Western District of Louisiana, Hoist Tech, L.L.C. has filed a lawsuit against JC Rail Construction, LLC for unpaid balance and damages. The case ID is 1:24-cv-00445-JE-JPM and was filed on April 1, 2024. Hoist Tech alleges that JC Rail Construction owes them $77,069.69 for consulting services provided from January to May 2023 in various locations including Texas, Louisiana, Arizona, and New Mexico.
