NEW ORLEANS – Xavier University of Louisiana is being sued by a woman who owns a piece of property neighboring the university’s campus claiming it developed a building on her property without her permission. Leola Williams filed suit against Xavier University of Louisiana in Orleans Parish District Court on April 10. Williams claims that in 2014 the defendant constructed a building as well as a fence, which gradually moved onto her property. -
