BATON ROUGE – A plumbing supplies dealer is suing a customer for failing to pay for several thousand dollars worth of merchandise.
LCR-M Limited Partnership filed a lawsuit against Reginald Allen Akridge in the 19th Judicial District Court.
The plaintiff claims that the defendant breached its contract with LCR-M by failing to pay the sum of $126,089.71 for supplies and materials purchased from LCR-M.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract and failure to submit payment.
The plaintiff is seeking the full amount owed plus interest, court costs and attorney fees.
